Intro planning session: a meeting (or call, depending on location) to discuss your goals, previous experience, and schedule opportunities and constraints. This will be a chance to ask all your burning questions!
Training plan: weekly plan aligned to achieving your agreed goals.
Support: ongoing peer support from not only your coach, but your BK Performance team members – endurance sport is mentally challenging, especially when trying to balance it with everyday life! We help each other along the journey.
Club sessions: the opportunity to participate in squad sessions with your coach and other team members, virtually or in person.
Training Camps: opportunity to participate in focused 3-4 day training camps* as part of the BK Performance squad.
Kit recommendations: it can be a minefield working out what you need and what is the best for you! We will help you navigate through this with advice based on years of experience.

Race day strategy: help and advice to prepare you for race days – practical hints and tips, as well as emotional preparation.
